Shipping
Products are shipped via USPS after a 3-5 day processing time. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Refunds
Foxglove Soap Company does not offer any refunds or accept any returned items. If an item has been damaged upon delivery, the item must be returned to Foxglove Soap Company for a replacement item. If a replacement item is not available, a refund may be given. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the issue!!
International Addresses
We charge a flat rate of $25.00 for international shipping. We are not responsible for any customs duties. The recipient is responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes incurred. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss a solution. We’re unable to back order items that are out of stock.
Order Cancellation and Changes
We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.
Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?
We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.
Returns
Please contact our Customer Care team to obtain a return authorization and further instructions. Shipping charges are not usually refundable. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
